Allen Pulis, Bud Moore and Craig King ease a sculpture of William H. Seward onto its base at the entrance of the Loussac Library. The sculpture was a gift to the city from the estate of Anchorage homesteader Arnold Muldoon, who bequeathed $50,000 to the city for a Seward sculpture when he died in 1985. The 900-pound bronze likeness was sculpted by Richard MacDonald of Placerville, California. Dedication ceremony Sept. 15, 1991.
