JBER Community Environmental Board to meet

The Fall Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) Community Environmental Board meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 15th, at the Fairview Community Recreation Center, 1121 East 10th Avenue, Anchorage.

The public is invited to attend and take part in discussions. Scheduled topics for discussion include:

1. JBER 1,4-Dioxane Study Results
2. JBER Conceptual Site Model
3. Otter Lake Restoration

Muldoon Farmers Market Season Ends September 30th

Muldoon Farmers Market features Alaska-grown fresh farm produce, locally baked or cooked food, high quality crafts from local artisans and live music. September 30, was our last Muldoon Farmers Market for 2017; we’ll re-open in June at Muldoon Town Square in Chanshtnu Muldoon Park, Muldoon Road at DeBarr.

Spirit of Muldoon picnic Saturday, September 16th

7th Annual Spirit of Muldoon picnic – Free Event
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, September 16th
Creekside Park, 6th Avenue and Oklahoma Street

Everyone is welcome to this free event with food, games, prizes and more. This event is for families, kids and the community so we can meet our neighbors and have some fun. Hope to see you there!
