Spirit of Muldoon Picnic June 15 at Chanshtnu Muldoon Park

FREE family BBQ event. Food, games, prizes, music & more, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2019, Chanshtnu Muldoon Park, 1301 Muldoon Road (DeBarr). Everyone is welcome. Co-sponsors & donations for food and prizes for this annual community event will be gratefully accepted. Many volunteers will be needed, joyfully welcomed and much appreciated. Join in!

Walking, biking & transit are encouraged. Plenty of free parking at Muldoon Mall just north of DeBarr, behind Samurai Sushi. Short, paved path to picnic.

Chanshtnu Muldoon Park Ribbon Cutting Opens Park

Mayor Ethan Berkowitz and Ainslee Phillips snip the ribbon at Spirit of Muldoon picnic to open Anchorage’s newest park at Muldoon Road & DeBarr. Assemblyman Pete Petersen and Assembly Chair Forrest Dunbar hold ribbon. Park Planner Steve Rafuse emcees as Selina Metoyer, Northeast Community Council President, looks on with Senator Bill Wielechowski, Dave Ulmer, Rep. Ivy Spohnholz and Rep. Lance Pruitt. Muldoon Farmers Market Opens June 23 at Chanshtnu Muldoon Park

Muldoon Farmers Market is moving! Open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, in the Muldoon Town Square portion of Chanshtnu Muldoon Park at 1301 Muldoon Road (DeBarr). PARKING: Muldoon Mall lot just north of the park with a walkway directly to the market (upper right hand corner of above map). The market will be open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. every Saturday, June 23 through September 28.
